Chinada Malfeasant React to Authoring the ICC-Related Lutfy Analysis
by Threatening Complainant With “Guaranteed” Assassination

What executives, producers and employees of the national television network owned by Canada’s richest family, CTV, and behemoth corporation BCE Inc. did on September 16, 2010 was as much an expression of their belief they’re invincible, insulated and immune in perpetuity as it was a belligerent reaction to and guilty conscience evidence of the Lutfy crimes against humanity culpability analysis. They threatened the complainant and witness with execution for seeking justice for what he endured over two plus decades, for countless others who suffered the same fate and millions more if Chinada’s global expansion isn’t halted.
The Chinada family circled the wagons the day after authorship commenced on the culpability assessment. Knowing from surveillance the Custodian Chief Executive qua ICC complainant and prosecution witness was tuning into CTV’s entertainment news show ETalk during the Toronto International Film Festival to observe coalition partners on the red carpet and in various interview venues advance the reform and accountability agenda, Thomson and BCE Inc. executives, producers and employees scripted a message that falls into the categories of (i) sociopathological pubescence, (ii) arrogant belligerence to the coalition demand the Chinada High Command stop violating domestic and international law and (iii) obstruction of justice. They’re so blindly convinced that like the coalition the ICC can’t stop them they delivered not just a run-of-the-mill death threat, but one with an added “guarantee”.
The delivery conduit was the son of the Prime Minister under whose watch enslaving human experimentation began and the ethnic Chinese co-host who uttered the infamous Article 7 confession – death threat “from lab to slab”. What’s obvious and advantageous for prosecutions in whatever forum they’re held is that everyone involved in this unlawful endeavor knew it would be documented and added to the diplomacy archive for future use.
About ten minutes into the September 16th broadcast Ben Mulroney and Tanya Kim appear on screen to deliver the following script:
Ben: There’s a sexy assassin out for revenge. I guarantee you there’s a lot of good TV this fall.
Tanya: That’s right. So here’s our guide on what you need to know [Ben: Bl.M.] in a hundred seconds.
And as these digital photos of the segment also attest, Tanya too is enthusiastically joyous at what they're engaging in:
The script is authored with the phrase “a hundred seconds” because lexiconically that’s 1 minute, 40 seconds. The digits add up to 5, a compensation ratifier, which specifically identifies the Custodian Chief just as 3 and 12 identify the coalition, 13 ‘Partner of the Year’ Taylor Swift and 8 China.
The same flippant and excited attitude is observed in segments that air earlier in the broadcast:
Producers wanted to embed a reference to the daily acknowledged Partner of the Year, so they attired the “lab to slab” utterer in the Geo Award nominated outfit she wore during every single one of her 2009 concert tour ‘Fearless’; and did so during the Canadian wing of her schedule. Adopting this characterization was to articulate how the malfeasant feel about advancing their rogue agenda and that they don’t fear the kind of justice that’s been conveyed through coercive diplomacy or by way of the ICC.
The threat of life in prison that’s been made thousands of times by virtually every coalition partner was also mocked. Producers arranged for a reporter to be filmed in a retail outlet next to a pillar with large black and white horizontal stripes and a background with the same pattern:
ETalk co-hosts Mulroney and Kim have been the diplomatic face of CTVGlobeMedia and BCE Inc. for years. They’ve been conduits for the malfeasant many times to confess to and brag about the Article 7 R&D program, intimidate and mock coalition partners and deliver death threats.
What’s documented herein is yet another example how the rich, powerful and Chinese protect the R&D, deployment and proliferation of stealth cognition technologies. Not only do they intimidate and threaten those who seek to reform governance that would put a halt these violations of domestic and international law, they also rally behind those who’ve helped perpetuate and protect them. Mr. Lutfy became both one who did – a powerful symbol at the pinnacle of the administration of justice of a paradigm of governance that went the distance to ensure the China-Canada military industrial complex would complete the Article 7 prohibited project and get it ready for global proliferation during the Federal Court litigation from September 2002 until dismissal in October 2005.
Because they don’t believe accountability is relevant to them they didn’t care that in effecting this latest instance of obstruction of justice they generated more guilty conscience evidence, and specifically proof that can be used to convict him in the eyes of the ICC.
It will be recalled that only days after filing the original complaint street soldiers were organized to deliver a two-stage threat to surgically remove the Custodian Chief’s legs. This latest strategy sought to take the “climate of fear” methodology of status quo maintenance to a new height, by “guarantee[ing]” his death. Both undertakings better the chances of a successful ICC review.
